The Fulton Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a woman wanted for custodial
interference.

Police said they are looking for 66-year-old Janet Nicholas who is wanted on active felony warrants following a custody dispute in which Nicholas was denied emergency custody of her 10 month-old great-grandson Zayden. Nicholas allegedly refused to return the child to his parents.

The incident occurred after legal proceedings determined that custody would remain with the child's parents.

Law enforcement does not believe the child is in danger at this time and investigators believe Nicholas remains in the local area.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts are asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Fulton County Dispatch Center at 270-236-0701.
