Ledbetter man arrested Wednesday after disturbance

A Livingston County man was arrested on Wednesday morning following a disturbance at an apartment complex in Ledbetter.

Livingston County Sheriff's deputies were called after 36-year-old Zachary Marlar is said to have gone into a neighbor's apartment and caused damage. Marlar allegedly assaulted a family member during the incident. Deputies said he was under the influence and significantly impaired when they arrived. 

Marlar was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, assault-domestic violence, and public intoxication.

Deputies from the McCracken County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
