A man wanted on charges in Marshall and Livingston counties was arrested during a traffic stop in Graves County Tuesday.
Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden said surveillance being conducted in the Symsonia area and a tip led to the arrest of 46 year old Jason C. Henson.
Henson was a fugitive, wanted out of both Livingston and Marshall County on charges of emergency protective order violations, as well as stalking, and harassing communications charges out of Livingston County.
Sheriff Hayden located Henson travelling on KY 348 and stopped the vehicle near the KY 1949 intersection at around 3PM. He was placed under arrest after having to be forcibly removed from the vehicle, after repeated noncompliance.
Henson was found to have crystal methamphetamine on his person and his Kentucky Operators License was also suspended. He was charged with 3rd or subsequent offense of possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended operators license.
Henson has two prior convictions for methamphetamine possession along with three prior convictions for violating emergency protective orders in addition to menacing and assault.
He was transported to the Graves County Restrictive Custody Center and later to an out of county detention center.
