Four-car crash in Murray may have been caused by medical issue

A crash involving four vehicles in Murray on Saturday may have been triggered by a medical issue.

The crash happened near 12th and Main just before 6:30 p.m. Murray Police said their investigation indicated that a vehicle hit another on 12th Street near Main, forcing that vehicle into two others. All four sustained significant damage, and several people were transported from the scene to Murray Calloway County Hospital to be treated for injuries.

Police believe the driver of one of the vehicles had a medical issue, which may have caused the initial collision.
