A Saturday traffic stop on a pilot vehicle landed the wanted driver in jail on drug charges.

Calvert City Police stopped the pilot vehicle after complaints that the bar light was too bright for traffic. Police said in their report that the driver appeared nervous. He is said to have told police that he was wanted on several warrants out of Missouri. The driver was identified as 38-year-old Ryne Kyle Walker of Sullivan, Missouri, and he was wanted on charges of stealing cash and other property, as well as non-support and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A search of Walker as he was being taken into custody reportedly uncovered methamphetamine. He was arrested on the warrants and additionally charged with meth possession.
