Southside outreach event goes door-to-door on Thursday

The City of Paducah's next Southside neighborhood Door-to-Door Outreach Event will take place this week.

On Thursday starting at 4 p.m., teams of city staff and elected officials will be visiting residents throughout the Phase One Program Area to share information about the Southside Housing Incentive Program.

The program is a way for neighborhood residents to receive grants for home rehabilitation, remodeling, new construction, and more.

Residents can look for the volunteers in yellow Southside shirts to learn about opportunities to invest in their property and the neighborhood.
