Two vehicle collision on Hobbs Road sends one to the hospital

A two vehicle crash on Hobbs Road sent one person to the hospital on Tuesday.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called at 4:27pm to the intersection of Hobbs Road and Woodville Road in reference to an injury collision.

They determined that 89-year-old Glenice Dulworth of LaCenter was attempting to cross Hobbs Road from Woodville Road and collided with 56-year-old Darren Grogan of Murray.

Due to the disabled vehicles and clean up of roadway the intersection was shut down for approximately 45 minutes.   

Dulworth was transported to a local hospital for non-incapacitating injuries.
