Garlic Shrimp Tortellini

PADUCAH - Serves 4
1 package (8-10 ounces) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Add peas during the last five minutes of cooking. In a large heavy skillet, heat about two tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring about two minutes. Add garlic and cook a couple of minutes longer or until shrimp just start to curl. Drain tortellini and pea mixture. Add to skillet. Stir in salt, pepper, Italian seasonings and the tablespoon oil. Toss to coat.
