Grilled Rosemary & Garlic Salmon Fillets

PADUCAH - Banks Market Recipe of the Week - Serves 4

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried ground rosemary 
4 cloves garlic, minced
4-6 ounce fresh or frozen salmon fillets (thaw is frozen)
Ground black pepper
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 lemon, cut in wedges

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, dried rosemary and garlic. Brush seasoned oil on fillets and sprinkle with pepper. Oil grates of medium hot grill and place seasoned fillets gently on and close lid. Cook for about 5 minutes. Gently turn and place rosemary sprigs on top. Cover again for another 5 minutes. Remove and place on serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges.
