Lone Oak Road stoplight installation resumes Tuesday

A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to resume a work zone lane restriction along Lone Oak Road on Tuesday.

The work zone at the new intersection with North Friendship Road and Lakeview Drive is to allow a sub-contractor to install a new traffic signal.

Due to bucket trucks working in the intersection, vehicles pulling trailers over 20 feet in length will be prohibited along North Friendship Road between Lone Oak Road and Blandville Road from 8 am to about 2 pm each day through Friday.
