DUI crash on old US 45 sends three to hospital

A-two vehicle DUI crash Saturday night in McCracken County sent three to a Paducah hospital.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department said deputies responded to the 3900 block of old US 45.

They said a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Chelsea Riley of Benton crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Lasha Metzger of Boaz.

Riley and Metzger, along with a passenger in Metzger's vehicle, were treated at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital for injuries.

Riley was cited at the hospital for DUI, open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and two counts of wanton endangerment.
