Lampley Case Set for Trial in November

A trial date has been set in the case against a Calvert City man accused of driving a garbage truck the wrong way on Interstate 24 from Paducah into Marshall County, causing a multi-vehicle crash that injured several people.

Dalton Lampley faces felony assault, reckless driving and fleeing or evading charges stemming from the incident in March of 2017. He also faces additional charges in Marshall County.

Judge Tim Kaltenbach set a trial date of November 13 for the case. Lawyers must file all motions by October 18.
