21 Arrested in Operation Yellow Banks

21 people were arrested, including 12 who didn't comply with the sex offender registration requirement.

U.S. Marshals and Kentucky State Police conducted a roundup in two western Kentucky counties as part of a week long check of the sex offender compliances in Daviess and Henderson counties, dubbed Operation Yellow Banks.
