According to the Mayfield Police Department, just before 9 am, officers arrested 43-year-old Ricky Lynn Williams in the 300 block of West Oak Street on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking.
Upon his arrest, Williams, of Arlington, was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Williams was lodged in the Graves County Jail on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to the theft warrant.
