According to the Hopkinsville Police Department, a complaint alleges that 30-year-old Jordan Seth Peveler provided marijuana to a juvenile, and while the juvenile was under the influence, engaged in sexual acts.
The juvenile was reported to be in a band that Peveler directed.
Peveler is listed as the Director of Bands at Hopkinsville High School.
