Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin says gun regulations would not have prevented the Marshall County school shooting.

In a Facebook video, the governor says while what happened at Marshall County High School was a tragedy, it has nothing to do with gun regulations.

Instead, Bevin says things like violent video games and movies are leading to a "cultural problem."

The governor is calling on people in positions of power to come together to create a dialogue to "repair the fabric of America that's getting shredded beyond recognition."
