Joseph W. Bolin's case came up in Calloway County Circuit Court on Tuesday. According to a court clerk, a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. He faces two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
Previously, Bolin pleaded guilty to two counts of theft over $10,000 and received a ten-year sentence.
The charges came after a victim told Kentucky State Police last year that Bolin had not made required payments related to a probate case he was overseeing. Investigators found find similar activity in several probate cases.
