A single-vehicle crash Thursday night in northern Calloway County took the life of a Murray man.

According to the Murray Ledger and Times, a Calloway County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the scene on Flint Road, near Almo.

Deputies said that 38-year-old Jonathan McClure, of Murray, was traveling north on Flint Road when his vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane, struck two culverts, and rolled over three times.

Deputies said McClure was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Calloway County Coroner Ricky Garland.

Garland said no autopsy was requested, and that multiple blunt-force trauma is believed to be the cause of death.
