Calloway County Man Dies in LBL Farming Accident

A Calloway County man was killed Monday in a farming accident at Land Between the Lakes.

Trigg County Deputy Coroner Matthew Phillips told WKDZ he responded to the accident on Laurel Furnace Road and pronounced 79-year old Bobby Cunningham of Dexter dead at the scene.

Forestry Service employees reportedly provided aid to Cunningham while EMS was en route in a helicopter, but it was too late by the time they arrived.

The investigation into Cunningham's death is ongoing.
