According to the Calvert City Police Department, on Saturday 36-year-old Matthew Wayne Rowe was arrested after a traffic stop.
Officers say Rowe was arrested on a Marshall County Warrant for failure to appear. He was also served a McCracken County Warrant for failure to appear.
Rowe is also facing charges related to no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to maintain required insurance first offense, failure to register transfer of vehicle, and operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license.
