The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision on US Hwy 68 West at Sharpe School Road. Deputies identified one of the drivers as 22-year-old Conner Morgan.
During a check of Morgan's license, it was discovered he had an arrest warrant out of Livingston County.
Conner was also charged with DUI, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, possessing license when privileges are revoked, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/second offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
