A Fancy Farm couple were arrested Sunday on drug charges after a report of drug use in their home.

The Graves County Sheriff's Department says they went to a home on Dublin Hill Road to perform a welfare check after getting a call saying there may have been drug use in the presence of a 14-year-old.

A Sheriff's Deputy and a Kentucky State Trooper reportedly spoke to Billy and Kimberly Luter, and then searched the home. Police say they found drugs and paraphernalia, and the Luters were arrested. The girl in the home was placed into her sister's care, and the Luters were taken to Graves County Jail.

Billy and Kimberly Luter were charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for cocaine and methamphetamine, and a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
