Damage at Moors Marina Was from EF-1 Tornado

The National Weather Service in Paducah says damage at Moors Marina in Marshall County from Sunday night's storm is consistent with an EF-1 tornado.

Meteorologists are out surveying damage across western Kentucky today along the paths of at least two suspected tornadoes that occurred over the weekend. The suspected tornado that did damage to the marina came through Hickman, Carlisle, Graves, Marshall and Lyon counties. Another possible tornado came through Ballard, McCracken and Livingston counties.

Additional surveys may be scheduled later in the week.
