According to KYTN, Fulton Police report 24-year-old Shaniqua Noonan allegedly stabbed her child's father, Mycine McClure with a carving fork.
Police say Noonan cleaned the scene and did not immediately call for help.
McClure was later airlifted to a Memphis hospital, where Police report he was listed in critical condition following surgery.
Noonan was taken to the Fulton County Detention Center, charged with first degree domestic violence assault and tampering with physical evidence.
