According to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the single-vehicle crash on Highway 125 in Hickman. Officers said the vehicle ran off the left side of the road, hit an embankment and flipped.
The couple refused treatment and were allowed to leave the scene after the investigation by deputies.
