The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is planning a lane restriction in Livingston County beginning Tuesday and lasting for several weeks.

The one-mile long work zone will be set up along the I-24 westbound lanes somewhere between the 35 and 31 mile markers, to allow for brush cutting along the right of way between the Cumberland River Bridge and the Tennessee River Bridge, and the Grand Rivers Exit 31 interchange.

Work will take place from 7 am until approximately 3:30 pm when weather allows.
