The Graves County Sheriff's Office says the wreck happened on Interstate 69 near the 23 mile marker. Deputies said 29-year-old Robert Richendollar, of Calvert City, was traveling south on I-69 when his car went off the right side of the roadway.
Richendollar overcorrected and his vehicle crossed both southbound lanes and struck a concrete barrier.
Richendollar was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. He was later flown to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville for further treatment.
