An isolated strong to severe thunderstorm is possible this afternoon in southeast Missouri and far western Kentucky. The primary hazards would be large hail, but an isolated strong wind gust and perhaps a tornado are possible as well.
Otherwise, locally enhanced rainfall and lightning are the primary hazards.
