Friday afternoon, Graves County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the Dollar General at 3465 State Route 303. Upon arrival, a woman told deputies that her new iPhone 11 Max Pro had been stolen from inside the store.
Video from the store had captured the theft, and deputies were able to track the location of the phone. Deputies responded to an address in Calloway County where they found the phone in the vehicle of 64-year-old Roger Henson of Kirksey.
Police identified Henson as the same person in the store video. The phone was returned to the owner and Henson was arrested.
He was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of property and lodged in the Graves County Jail.
