Lake Street Closure in Fulton Begins Wednesday

A contractor plans to close KY 307/ Lake Street in downtown Fulton starting Wednesday.



According to Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Spokesman Keith Todd, This closure in the 400 block of KY 307/Lake Street in Fulton is to allow structural repairs to a downtown building.



The Fulton Public Works Department will be providing traffic control for this project.



There will be no marked detour.  However, Todd says drivers may self-detour via side streets.  Trucks should detour via appropriate state routes.



The work is expected to take two or three days to complete, weather permitting.
