A Ledbetter man was arrested Monday after a disturbance at a local convenience store.

The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says deputies got a complaint shortly after 9 p.m. about a disturbance at the Minit Mart, located at 1580 US 60 West. They said 25-year-old Tyler Dalton was acting erratically, climbing on and off of the counters, punching store displays and harassing customers.

Deputies were able to subdue Dalton and placed him under arrest. He was found to have an outstanding bench warrant from McCracken County for contempt of court. They also reportedly found a small amount of methamphetamine on him.

Dalton was charged with the outstanding bench warrant, as well as first degree possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into McCracken County Jail.
