A Fancy Farm man reportedly in possession of a stolen truck has turned himself in to police. According to police, 26-year-old Zachary Pendel turned himself in at the Graves County Sheriff's Office Wednesday morning.

Deputies said they are in the process of recovering the truck.

Police said Pendel was seen Tuesday afternoon in the Fancy Farm area driving a stolen 2011 GMC silver pickup truck. The truck was reported stolen to the Mayfield Police Department earlier in the day.

Deputies say they saw Pendel driving the vehicle, but Pendel fled and eluded law enforcement near KY 339 South and Carrico Road.

Charges are pending on Pendel for receiving stolen property over $10,000, fleeing/evading, and wanton endangerment.
