As the Marshall County Sheriff's Department cited a driver for traffic violations, the driver gave the deputy consent to search the vehicle. In the process deputies found that a passenger, Albert Marsh, was allegedly in possession of cocaine, marijuana, synthetic drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
Marsh was charged on various drug offenses and taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
