On Saturday, Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies received a complaint of a girl that had allegedly been sexually abused by an adult in the same household. The investigation revealed sexual contact had been made between the girl and a 35-year-old man, Bradley J. Butler, of Benton.
Butler admitted making sexual contact with the girl. He was arrested and charged with sexual abuse first degree, victim under 12 years of age. Butler was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
