Marshall School System Hires Harper

Marshall County Schools has hired former McCracken County Schools Superintendent Brian Harper as the new principal of Marshall County Technical Center.

The school system confirmed Thursday that Harper will begin his new position in the upcoming academic year. 

Harper resigned from his superintendent position on March 8, after Kentucky State Police began an investigation into his alleged use of a school district vehicle and funds on a personal family trip during spring break of 2018.

Trooper Jay Thomas said that investigation is ongoing.
