A Mayfield postal worker was hurt Saturday when her delivery truck ran off the road and rolled over onto its side.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said a deputy responded at around 1 p.m. to a crash in the 900 block of Scott Road to find a USPS delivery truck on its side.

The driver, 20-year-old Abigale Hopwood of Mayfield, was already out of the vehicle, and didn't remember what happened.

Deputies said the truck had dropped off the edge of the roadway, hit a drainage ditch and an embankment.

Hopwood was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
