Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Meals will be provided at the sites and times as follows:
Monday-Friday at 11:00-11:30 a.m. daily
· Grace Baptist Church parking lot/Mayfield Elementary School - 1000 Backusburg Rd
· Mayfield Football Stadium Parking lot - 901 West Lockridge
· Mayfield Bus Garage - 502 South 12th Street.
· St. Joseph Parking Lot - 702 West Broadway
· Mayfield Electric and Water - 301 East Broadway
· GC Health Dept. - 416 Central
· Christ United Methodist Church -1322 West Broadway
