Mayfield Woman Arrested on Meth Charges

MAYFIELD - A Mayfield woman faces drug charges following her arrest on Thursday.

According to the Mayfield Police Department, officers responded to a home on Backusburg Road for an animal complaint. According to police, while officers were investigating, 27-year-old Cynthia Richeal and 33-year-old Donald Caldwell, both of Mayfield, came outside, and started to yell and curse, causing alarm to the public.

Both Richeal and Caldwell were placed under arrest. During the arrest, Richeal was reportedly found in possession of a baggie that contained methamphetamine, along with other drug paraphernalia.

Both Caldwell and Richeal were charged with disorderly conduct. Richeal was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
