One person was injured Saturday, after police say a truck pulled out in front of a motorcycle.

According to Calloway County Sheriff's office, 37-year-old Bryan Burgess of Kirksey was driving a pickup westbound on Backusburg Road, and attempted to make a left turn onto Dogwood Drive. Burgess said that he hit 28-year-old Casey Hobbs, who was traveling eastbound on Backusburg road on a motorcycle.

Hobbs was taken to Murray-Calloway County Hospital, complaining of leg and hand injuries. Hobbs was cited for no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card and no motorcycle operators license.
