FAIRDEALING - A mowing crew plans a daytime work zone lane restriction along U.S. 68 in the Fairdealing area starting on Friday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the crew plans to start near Fairdealing and work eastward along U.S. 68 to Aurora. Work is expected to start around 9 a.m. The daytime work will continue next Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday, July 1, 2, and 3, until the work is completed.

Some extended delays are possible during the work. This work zone will generally be active from about 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m., each day.

Drivers should be prepared to encounter one-lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers.
