Lindsey comes to MCCH from Lourdes where she has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and 17 years in Management. Most recently she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Mercy Health, Lourdes.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Mid-Continent University.
Kim, and her husband Charles, reside in Paducah and they have two children, Jordan and Alex, who live in Lexington. She is a huge UK basketball fan and enjoys traveling to Lexington for games on the weekends. She enjoys reading and spending time with their family black lab, Judah.
