One Arrested, One Sought after Search of Home

One man was arrested and another is being sought after a search of a Graves County home Tuesday morning.

The Graves County Sheriff’s Department says drug detectives executed a search warrant at a Water Valley home after getting a tip about illegal drug activity. During the search detectives reportedly found methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and counterfeit money in the house.  

Deputies found 35-year-old Brandon Davis hiding under a pile of clothes in a bathroom. He's charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, five counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, and second-degree fleeing or evading police. Deputies are also looking for 23-year-old Austin Baker, who was not at the home at the time. 

Deputies are asking anyone who sees Baker or has information about where he is hiding to contact them at 270-247-4501.
