On Monday, Conrad Love told McCracken County deputies that while traveling south on New Holt Road, he was looking through his glove box and was in a hurry. He then looked up, realizing the traffic light was red.
He reportedly hit a vehicle being driven by Ronald Boyum. One of the passengers in Boyum's vehicle was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.
