On Monday, the Murray Police Department was called to the scene of a collision with injuries at the intersection of North 12th Street and Highway 121.
Officers spoke with 63-year-old Joe Thweatt of Almo, who told officers that he had been traveling south on 12th Street and going through the intersection with Highway 121 when a vehicle driven by 57-year-old Darlene Manning of Murray, turned left in front of his vehicle, causing the two vehicles to strike each other in the intersection.
Manning was taken to the emergency room for treatment of injuries.
