A Paducah couple was arrested Saturday in Mayfield on multiple drug charges.

According to Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon, deputies were called to the Minit Mart on Paris Road at around 1:30 am. Two people, 41-year-old William Falzone and 43-year-old Jamie Falzone, both of Paducah, reportedly told deputies there was a “demon” on top of their car.

Deputies determined that Jamie Falzone was operating the vehicle while being impaired. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Falzone was charged with DUI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. William Falzone was also placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
