The Graves County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary and theft they say occurred at Graves County High School sometime over the weekend.

At around 7:00 am Tuesday, deputies were called to the Graves County High School campus. When they arrived, they found that inside of the building was vandalized and over $4,000 in equipment and uniforms had been taken.

The Sheriff’s office is asking anyone who has any information on this reported crime to contact Deputy Jason Harpole at 270-247-4501. Tips may also be called into Mayfield/Graves County Crimestoppers at 270-247-5000. Callers who call into Crimestoppers may be eligible for a cash reward if their tip results in an arrest and conviction. Tips may also be sent to the Sheriff’s office through their Facebook page.
