Police Search for Man Who Assaulted Trigg Deputies

TRIGG COUNTY, KY - Police in Trigg County are searching for a man who allegedly assaulted two deputies on Saturday.

According to the Trigg County Sheriff's Office, an arrest warrant has been issued for Brian Rogers. Sheriff Ray Burnham said Rogers assaulted two deputies on Saturday and then ran off into a cornfield at KY 276 and Cerulean Road.

Rogers faces charges of alcohol intoxication, criminal mischief, two counts of assault, resisting arrest and fleeing police. Anyone with knowledge of Rogers' whereabouts should call the Trigg County Sheriff's Office.
