Kentucky State Police are asking for the public's help as they investigate a stash of marijuana they found.

On Sunday, Troopers from Post 1 were called to an abandoned home on Dunlap Road in Livingston County, where they recovered over 15 pounds of marijuana. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office had been investigating scrap metal thefts in the area, and got a tip that marijuana was recently harvested nearby. Both agencies worked together to find and seize the marijuana.

As troopers continue their investigation, they ask anyone with information to contact the Livingston County Sheriff’s office or the Kentucky State Police. Tipsters can call KSP at 1-800-222-5555.
