A Livingston County woman was arrested Monday on a burglary charge.
Livingston County Chief Deputy Devin Brewer said 38-year-old Wendi Wight of Salem was arrested on a third degree burglary charge after Sheriff Bobby Davidson responded Monday morning to an alarm call at a business in Salem.
The business owner and Davidson reportedly arrived to find Wight inside the business, after she broke into the rear of the building and tripped the alarm.
Wight was booked into the McCracken County Jail on one count of third degree burglary.
Brewer said the investigation is ongoing.
