The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says they are now looking for a female seen traveling with the man who was arrested last week in the  homicide of a woman found in a container floating in Kentucky Lake.

Texas Rangers arrested 60-year-old Jeffery Rogers Tuesday in Fort Worth, TX. He's charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.

A multi-agency investigation revealed Rogers had used a boat he rented in Paris, TN, to dispose of the body of 41-year-old Traci Jones of Granbury, TX.  Jones' body was found Saturday night. Her death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy performed by the Kentucky State Medical Examiner.

Police say Rogers drove from Texas into Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky on June 17 in a 2017 white Dodge Ram pickup truck with a camper top over the truck bed and license plate number LFJ-7985.

A female, who was not the victim, was riding with him.

According to police, Rogers drove I-30 through Texas into Arkansas then took I-40 into Tennessee before driving into Kentucky. Anyone who saw Rogers or the woman at a gas station, convenience store, or any stop between Texas and Kentucky is asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
